How does this all work?
Just like shopping online! Purchase whatever services and products you'd like. Your services will be banked in your Franco Wallet to use whenever you're ready, and your products will be pulled and set aside for you to swing by and grab whenever.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on retail products. If you purchase a service that doesn't end up working for you, we will work on a better treatment plan together and make sure you're taken care of!
Can I use my Franco account credits?
Yes! Just be sure to call us to purchase your items over the phone, as you can't access that as a payment method on here.
Do you offer payment plans?
We have two financing options available. We work with Cherry and CareCredit for flexible payment plans. You can apply to either of those sites in second, then call us to make your purchases!
Can I use CareCredit and Cherry?
Absolutely! Just be sure to call us to make your purchases so we can run it on your CareCredit or Cherry account.
